Project Overview
I joined Cintas in May 2026 as a User Experience Designer II in Cincinnati, Ohio. I am a founding member of Cintas' first User Experience department. So far my work falls into three areas: setting up how the team does research and documents design, redesigning Billing & Payments on myCintas, and researching the Rental division's move to paperless invoicing.
Key Projects
myCintas Billing & Payments
1. Led 4 one-week design sprints with internal stakeholders to redesign the Billing & Payments experience on myCintas, Cintas' e-commerce platform.
2. Established the foundation of a modernized design system.
Rental paperless invoicing research
1. Led UX research, alongside Six Sigma, on the Rental division's transition to paperless invoicing.
2. Conducted 10 stakeholder interviews and 2 field ride-alongs with service representatives.
3. Synthesized the findings into a formal research report and an executive brief presented to the Chief Administrative Officer.
